Our group enjoyed our stay in the Springs. This is not a large home. The bedrooms are basically a bed in a room and if you're looking for something that is spit-shined, this is not your place. It is however a good place to base your Hamptons trip on. It's 12-15 minutes away from everywhere you want to be. Since we basically just slept in the house, none of its shortcomings bothered us but if you're picky, it may bother you.

Kevin is a wonderful host. He was supportive from the moment that we booked until the moment that we left location is spotless and immaculate. Had a fantastic stay.
