About this house rental
Contemporary luxury home. Spacious light-filled living room with vaulted ceiling, wood burning fireplace, flows seamlessly through chef's kitchen/dining area for lively entertaining and expansive family room with grand piano, and dedicated WFH space with large desk with ergonomic Herman Miller Aeron Chair. Fully-equipped (Air Fryer, stand mixer, Cuisinart, ice cream machine, coffee maker) open chef's kitchen with large granite island. Supersize private primary bedroom with ensuite bath. 2 guest bedrooms with renovated bath; finished lower level with pool table.
Short drive to ocean beaches. Moments from bay beaches, harbor marinas and buzzy waterfront restaurants and 3.5 miles from East Hampton village. Gas grill, BBQ on the deck even in winter. Large entertaining deck. Groups (4 or more unrelated people) are NOT permitted in East Hampton. Tenant pays for pool heat if used. Heated pool with new liner opens Memorial Day and closes mid-September. Minimum stay in season one month; otherwise 7 days.

This is a gorgeous, spacious home in a perfect location in the Springs. Gorgeous Primary bedroom. Beautiful pool, on a quiet, leafy property. We had a terrific time, made great use of the beautiful chef's kitchen and spent a lot of time by the pool. Beverly, the host is very hands on, strong communication and made everything very easy for us. The home has everything you could need. I would stay here again and highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone interested in visiting East Hampton. *This is a great spot for any time of the year.* Thank you, Beverly for a lovely stay!!

We really loved our stay. We spent a week escaping NYC and enjoying the fresh air and openness of both the house and the location. Beverly was fantastic in answering all questions we had and giving us great recommendations. 10 mins from the heart of East Hampton so there is a lot to do in the area as well. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to make it out to the Hamptons.
