L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé à deux pas de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces. La conciergerie est très conviviale même si seul le brésilien est parlé... L'appartement est relativement calme alors que situé dans un quartier animé.
Malheureusement la salle de bain est à rénover, je pense qu'elle a mal vieilli à cause de l'humidité. L'aération dans l'ensemble de l'appartement n'est pas très efficace. L'appartement que nous occupions ne donnait que sur deux cours intérieurs très peu lumineuses.

L’emplacement très proche de la plage et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Gardiens très sympathiques. Literie confortable
La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas, mais ils nous ont proposé une solution de dépannage.
