O valor que aperece não é o valor final, fique atento pq é cobrado mais uma taxa de limpeza. Com tudo achei o valor bem alto no final ou não justo por ter algo que não está claro no anúncio, o valor da td da limpeza está em uma descrição minimamente pequena no final da pagina agindo assim de uma forma não justa com quem contrata l.

La atención del personal de la puerta y Denilson que nos recibió fue excelente y muy amable. El departamento tiene una ubicación excelente, a 3 cuadras de ipanema, 6 aprox de Copacabana, el subte a una cuadra. El bar que está enfrente en la esquina súper lindo para desayunar y almorzar, económico. Muy bien equipado. Todo excelente y muy recomendable. Una casa de cambio a una cuadra que te toma más o menos bien el dólar

Kitchen is tiny, missing a lot of essentials, like napkin, salt, sugar, oil, coffee mug, not a good cutting knife. Old fashion kitchen, no space to cook. There were several leaks problems, in the kitchen and bathroom, I never mentioned to the owner because other problems arrose! The living room was big but the couch was not comfortable The towels were smelling bad, the owner changed but still got bad smell on the new ones. Old fashion ACs, and very noisy, specially in the bedroom, but it works, if you dont care about the noisy you are ok. Very noisy neighbors and street, both sides noisy, the bedroom and the living room. Not close to the beach , 10-15 min walk. Old fashion building but got 24 hrs doorman. I just want people know about the apt because there were only two positive reviews when I checked this property and I got a little disappointed when I got there. The price was more than the Airbnb I stayed in Campinas, and the building was new , had swimming pool and sauna. Great apartment.
