You probably will be sharing the apartment with other people who also will stay in the apartment or in the rooms next to the apartment

Great location, Ipanema beach is a 5minute walk. Luciano is a great host, he knows a lot about Rio and where to go to. The hosts even took me around to have the best stay in Rio. I never felt alone and they took very good care of me and the place. There is drinking water at this place, you can do your laundry, use the kitchen, watch tv, chill on the balcony. Supermarket and place to eat are very close by. And you can walk to Copacabana and Leblon. Def recommend this.

Nice beach, subway access nearby and several bars/restaurants around.

Die Lage war nur eine Querstraße vom ipanema strand

ACHTUNG!!!🚨 Die Wohnung ist ein Scam! Anders als in der Beschreibung, bucht man nur ein kleines Zimmer mit Bad. Am Tag der Anreise stellten wir fest, dass wir die Wohnung mit den beiden Vermietern teilen müssen. Daraufhin wollten sie erst 4800 Reals, schließlich 2400 Reals damit wir die Wohnung für uns alleine haben. Im Vorwege wurde das nicht kommuniziert. Sondern es wurde nur geschrieben, „kommt erstmal her, dann erkläre ich euch das“ die Extra Zahlung lief nicht über booking, sondern direkt an die Vermieter. Der Booking. COM kundensupport hat bisher nichts unternommen, um uns zu helfen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung super dreckig. Man sieht, das die beiden Männer dort normalerweise wohnen. Super staubig, die Steckdosen fallen aus den Wänden, die Klimaanlage ist so laut, dass man nicht schlafen kann. Super ungeeignet, wenn man mit mehr als 2 Personen kommt. Da man immer durch da Schlafzimmer muss, wenn man auf Toilette muss. Außerdem ist das eine Raucherwohnung. I
