I liked the fact it was right in the centre of Zagreb, + restaurants, trams, taxis where v nearby, and it was accessible by the lift up to the floor the B+ B is situated + the room + bathroom was very comfortable + clean + had spectacular views of Zagreb City + main street from the balcony! Also the instuctions i was sent on where it was, how to get to the floor via one of the lifts + finding the room [ sent via e- mail] very clear.

It took a little time to find, but we had walked from the bus station, into Zagreb, itself. Maybe i was a bit tired from the walk + i walk with crutches too, but it was fine once we found it. We thought it wouldve been nice to have someone there in reception to check in with + ask where the nearest places where to eat etc. As we were only there one night, it didnt really matter that much + we left too early next day to stay for breakfast, as we had an early flight, so we just left our keys on the counter, in the main seated area, on our way out. Otherwise everything was lovely + wish i could've stayed longer! Thank you!

The property is not actually a hotel. It is the renovated 6th floor of a beautiful building, the location of which is perfect. It is situated right on the central square of Zagreb and nearly all sights are within walking distance! The room size is adequate. The absence of full time reception was not a problem and the message explaining the check-in procedure was very detailed. Breakfast is very good, with a great choice of fruit, yoghurts and coffee.

The entrance to the building and especially the corridor leading to the elevator needs more light. The room, although adequately clean when we arrived, was never cleaned during our six night stay and the beds were not even once made, let alone changing the sheets. Although towels were changed daily, the bins (room and toilet) were not even once emptied. For the result see attached photos. Shower, toilet and wash basin were not cleaned in six days! In all, room service was awful.
