Excelente localização, no coração de Zagreb, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e ao transporte público. O breakfast era um buffet saboroso e bem diversificado. O staff foi bem atencioso, repondo diariamente as toalhas e os demais materiais. Apartamento funcional.

The property is not actually a hotel. It is the renovated 6th floor of a beautiful building, the location of which is perfect. It is situated right on the central square of Zagreb and nearly all sights are within walking distance! The room size is adequate. The absence of full time reception was not a problem and the message explaining the check-in procedure was very detailed. Breakfast is very good, with a great choice of fruit, yoghurts and coffee.
The entrance to the building and especially the corridor leading to the elevator needs more light. The room, although adequately clean when we arrived, was never cleaned during our six night stay and the beds were not even once made, let alone changing the sheets. Although towels were changed daily, the bins (room and toilet) were not even once emptied. For the result see attached photos. Shower, toilet and wash basin were not cleaned in six days! In all, room service was awful.
