Maybe i would have preferred extra kitchen utilities such as can opener, extra pillow and throw or warm blanket.

Nobody works there

They say they don't use to recive reservations through booking. So, although I exchanged messages with them I didn't receive a code for self-checking. They told me I could leave my suitcase there, but no way. I stayed 30min in the morning. Nobody works there, nobody answers the 3 numbers I dialed. I left my suitcase near the admin desk. Somebody tried to open it. The belt with a locker was forzed, barely open. I came back at checking time, but they didn't notice my reservation. My room was no ready. I saw they went to buy cleaning products. They told me 5 minutes, but it was 90 minutes. The manager also told me they will compensate me with one free night for the trouble, but it is no true, no reimboursement. It is out of the center, buses are not convinient either.

Pleasant for long stays

Spacious with natural light, good price for longer stays, kitchen stove was great for cooking, close proximity to supermarkets (Lidl and Rimi), very safe neighborhood, quiet, sofabed was sturdy and comfortable, nice shared facilities like rooftop terrace and steam room (when it is working) was a nice perk, and I was given a phone number for staff liaison, throughout my stay the staff was responsive and kind whenever I needed assistance.

Key card system for the room and security issues - there were room key card coordination mistakes which led to a housekeeping staff mistakenly entering my room and then another guest wrongly entering my room because they were mistakenly assigned to my room (if I had not been in the room, they could have just moved in), and the next day my key card not working. To their credit this was all fixed quickly once I called the staff member and they were professional and apologetic about it, which I appreciated. In-room amenities could be better - Bedsheet did not really fit the sofa bed; the kitchen could benefit from having a cooking spatula, cutting board and kettle; dishwashing liquid and sponges could have been provided in addition to hand soap in the bathroom. Musty smell in the room even with windows opened daily for ventilation (had to get air freshener after a while)

Location was decent.

The sofa/bed had a huge stain. Pillows were very soft, but some people like them this way. No hand soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. A member of staff woke us up and entered our room in the morning by mistake which was not a very pleasant surprise.

Convenient stay

Great location, short walking distance to supermarkets Rimi and Lidl. Useful to have kitchen and fridge. The sheets were clean and had a nice smell. There is a big closet to store your bags.

The common areas in the upper floors were extremely hot. No air conditioning or ventilation, which makes impossible to stay in these areas and leaves a bad smell in the corridors. There was no soap to wash the hands. No cutlery available in the room kitchen.

Cozy co-living space

A clean and comfortable place. Convenient self check-in. Everything you need for one night or more is provided. Excellent common area on the ground floor. There’s a kitchen, laundry, gym, and coworking space. Everything matches the description. I will definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean and modern place to relax.

The place was perfect to relax after work but also do some work on a laptop. I was worried it might be busy but I couldn't hear other residents. I had issues with the door lock but the staff were quick to respond and sorted out the issue quickly.

The door lock was iffy and I thought at one point i won't be able to get back in as it was after working hours.

Visų pirma ilgai laukiau įsiregistravimo, nes pastoviai vis pranešdabo kad kambarys nesutvarkytas, griuvo visi planai. Įsiregistruoti turėjome 15h, įsitegistravome tik 17h. Vykome iš Klaipėdos. Kambaryje po tokio ilgo laukimo nebuvo net tualetinio popieriaus, stiklines purvinos, ploviau ir negera pasidarydavo.

Decepcionante

Tenía gimnasio, sauna, opción de poder cocinar en la propia habitación, zona para lavar la ropa, acepta mascotas.

Las zonas comunes estaban asquerosas, en la cocina todo estaba sucio y pegajoso, la zona de la sauna estaba con botellas vacías de alcohol y vomito. No tiene ascensor! El hotel o lo que sea que es sigue en obras, así que constantemente ves obreros trabajando. No hay ninguna iluminación por la noche en la entrada del alojamiento, lo que hace muy difícil encontrarlo por la noche, en nuestro caso nuestro vuelo era de tarde-noche, así que llegamos al lugar a las 23:15, no había ninguna indicación para entrar y cuando al final lo encontramos no veíamos donde podíamos coger la tarjeta para abrir la puerta de entrada(por cierto, el establecimiento no tiene personal en ningún momento) así que llamamos al teléfono que nos aparecía, entonces nos dijeron que ahora nos abriría alguien, al final mientras seguíamos esperando encontramos la tarjeta y entramos, no sabíamos si con esa tarjeta podríamos abrir la puerta de nuestra habitación así que fuimos a comprobarlo, mientras estábamos subiendo nos llaman al teléfono y nos preguntan dónde estamos, les decimos que acabamos de entrar, nos dicen que SI VOLVEMOS A NECESITAR ALGO QUE NO LES LLAMEMOS PORQUE NO NOS PIENSAN AYUDAR!!!! Nosotros en todo momento fuimos amables y educados, nos quedamos alucinando con el trato recibido, pero como nunca hay personal tampoco tienes a quien quejarte.

Labai karšta tiek kambaryje tiek bendrose patalpose, nėra kondicionierių. Nėra parkingo. Kambaryje buvo visos reikiamos priemonės, tačiau pritrūko virdulio.

Lokacija gera. Internetas. Lova, šiltas kambarys.

Nepatiko, kad nebuvo nurodytas aiškus patekimas atvykus. Visur dar vyksta aplink statybos, gerbūvio tvarkymas, net nepanašu, kad tai vieta, kurioje gyvensi. Coliving suprantu apgyvendinimo tipą, tačiau atvykus neveikė groundfloor nei indaplovės, nei buvo vandens, nei buvo galima pasinaudoti virduliu, nes neveikė ir elektros lizdai. Indų nešvarių kalnai, suprantu, kaip paaiškino kad įvyko didelis gedimas, bet atvykus gyventi į studio tipo kambarį su virtuve tikiesi rasti nors keletą indų-nieko, nei šakutės, šaukštelio, lėkštės ir pnš. Tusčios spintelės. Principe tai virtuvė, kuri tik dėl vaizdo, šaldytuvas-neveikė, man buvo jis būtinas! Turėjau laikyt brangius vaistus jame,kurie būtini laikyt šaldytuve. Aš jau dėl jo teiravausi, prieų atvykstant, ar yra ir pnš. Po susirašinėjimų per booking atvyko kitą dieną apie 16 val. pažiūrėt ir sutvarkyt. Tuomet pasiūlė kad dėl gedimo situacijos atneš indusį kambarį, tačiau tai ir įvyko ne iškart tą pačią tarkim dieną, o dar kitą vėl panašiu metu. Buvau 3 naktims. Spintose jokių pakabų. Vonioje rasi tualetinį popierių ir rankšluosčius, tau turėkit omenyje kad turit turėt viską savo.

Viskas labai puikiai! Rekomenduoju!

Rami vieta, jauki aplinka, labai tvarkinga, švaru. Labai draugiška administratorė, maloni kas buvo ne aišku man viską paaiškino. Kadangi esu ne vietinė sunkiai sekėsi rasti įėjimą, paskambinus viešbučio atstovui vėlų penktadienio vakarą viską paaiškino kaip rasti įėjimą ir paminėjo jei nerasiu būtinai vėl skambinti. Labai džiaugiuosi apsistojus šiame viešbutyje. Aš dar čia tikrai grįšiu😊
