The house was lovely. Every thing you needed was there and more. The open fire was a treat with free wood. The sheep roaming around was cute they didn't bother me at all when I went for a walk. I have got to say the scenery was the absolute best part. Whether you were sat in the window seat or coming in or out, it's the best iv ever seen. It was just perfect.the view is what Cumbria is all about.
Bed was a but cricky.shower pressure wasn't so great.

Beautiful property, in an excellent location, fantastic views across the beautiful mountains and countryside, it was only a 15 minute walk into the local village of Hawkshead, from the property. The property had everything you needed, and it had a lovely big open fire, which we had lit every night we were there.
