We absolutely loved the mountain views all around us!And the fireplace…and the easy walks to the villages around us! This natural beauty cannot be quantified…it must be experienced!
The mattresses on both beds are very worn…they sink in the middle and need replacing. Same for the only frying pan, I would definitely replace it or add another good quality frying pan. Otherwise everything we needed was there, thank you.

The house was lovely. Every thing you needed was there and more. The open fire was a treat with free wood. The sheep roaming around was cute they didn't bother me at all when I went for a walk. I have got to say the scenery was the absolute best part. Whether you were sat in the window seat or coming in or out, it's the best iv ever seen. It was just perfect.the view is what Cumbria is all about.
Bed was a but cricky.shower pressure wasn't so great.

The property had everything you needed, and it had a lovely big open fire, which we had lit every night we were there.
