We loved the bed, the location and the facilities. However the couch was a little uncomfortable and the shower curtain needs replacing and the battery in the smoke alarm kept chirping. I was not a fan of the glass door - especially with the very close neighbour. The size of the property is perfect.
Shower curtain needs replacing. Smoke alarm battery needs replacing. Couch needs cleaning underneath and I did not like the front door being glass with no curtain nor the press pad for entry on which you could clearly see the numbers for entry - albeit not the order. TV was broken as well.

The property had everything a couple could need, comfy bed, great shower and laundry facilities. We could walk to the Dixon shops and was easy to drive to Canberras main attractions and was only 15-20 min drive to Duntroon.
Few more coffee cups, minor issue!
