Villa Goldeneye

Fantastiskt boende i Anzio! Superbekvämt och hypermodernt hus med allt man kan önska sig. Läget är perfekt – bara cirka 15 minuters promenad till stranden. Värden var otroligt hjälpsam och ordnade till och med extra saker till köket under vistelsen. Perfekt även för hundar tack vare den lilla inhängnade tomten med välskött gräsmatta. Rekommenderas varmt! Om ni planerar att ta emot gäster under er vistelse så är det bra att ha koll på att det tillkommer kostnader för daggäst eller övernattande gäst

Vi betalade 400€ för två hundar i tre veckor vilket var betydligt mer än på andra ställen vi hyrt. Vi har dock respekt för att stället är i nyskick.

The villa was good, exactly as it appear in the photos. All new, very clean and easy to get to.

There was no auto check in, the owner was there to handle the keys. There was a sign on the terrace about the letting / sale of the villa on the side. Our booking was for 8 days, Saturday to the following Sunday, we were three people, my mother who has mobility issues and my partner. On the middle of the stay, on Tuesday I got a message saying he was going to water the plants the next day. It was ok if we were not there, he could access. On Wednesday morning, he was there at 9 am to water the grass and the plants, but he was also showing the villa to a couple, from the outside, they didn't get inside. I'm just assuming there was as potential buyer / renter. That's not something very pleasant at 9 am in the morning when you are on a familiy holiday. On the departure day, I got a message the day before that check out was at 10.00 am no later than that. At 10.00 am sharp, there was a guy calling on the door to get the keys and do check the house to do an "inspection"? I said, well... give me 5 mins that I got the cases and my mum in the car. I travel a lot and never been so unconfortable and looks like they didn't trust us?
