The apartment was perfect for us, and is surely the best property of its type in the area. Our hosts were always in communication with us, and very helpful. They also supplied great info leaflets etc on the local area. We felt very welcome indeed

unfortunately our trip was out of season so the location was very quiet. There were no restaurants or bars open in the area at that time. However the hosts did supply the number for a very good taxi service (reasonable price and reliable).

Great location, very quiet and close to the beach.

Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen had everything but a dishwasher. There was an air conditioner and an outdoor shower. The beach was a 5 minute walk.

Nice beach holiday location!

The location is perfect if you like the beach. IT is a 5 minute walk to the beach. We did not use the swimming pool as we preferred the sea. There is a bar around the corner where you can have a nice morning coffee and corneti.

We did not realise when we were booking that the location did not have its own swimming pool. The beach however is perfect! The host is really helpful and the appartement is very comfortable. Very Nice restaurants in Anzio and Nettuno. You do need a car.

Location: beach, sport center (tennis, padel, swimming pool) just in 5 minutes from it. Rooms are full of light, view is lovely, spacious parking lot with reserved post.

The house itself was absolutely lovely, very nice design and air conditioning, all good. Close to the beach, nice patio. The hostess was very helpful. A floor mop would be good, for cleaning.

When we were looking at the photos we were under the impression that there is a swimming pool. It was very important for us, because our kids love to swim and jump in the pool. More than on a beach. Itvturned out that the pool is 200 m away and it costs 20€ Per person (or 15 with a discount). For a family of 5 that's quite a lot. I was ready to pay but then they said caps are needed. In 40 degres heat on an open pool, ekastic plastic caps... Not to mention the additiobal cost. That pissed me off so much we didnt go. Insread I found an aquapark 23 km away, for the same price, but way better. Only getting there by bus was a bit diffucult, but the hostess Francesca helped with the directions. So Zoomarine is a yes, the La Capaninna pool is a no. But I think they should be more clear that there is no pool in this object.

The size of the property was great for a family of 5. It had everything we needed and the complementary bottle of wine and fruit was a lovely gesture. The host was lovely and provided lots of information about places to visit and restaurants that were near by. It's a few minutes walk to the beach too.

Il nostro riferimento TOP a Lavinio!

Siamo tornati per il secondo anno in vacanza in questa struttura e posso solo confermare il giudizio super positivo espresso in precedenza. Originalità del design e cura dell'appartamento, vista mare, vicinissimo per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi, tra l'altro, e non è poca cosa, nella zona più comoda e accessibile a Lavinio dove la discesa al mare, in gran parte è abbastanza disagiata per dislivello e scale. Il parcheggio interno è fondamentale, le attrezzature per la raccolta differenziata ben strutturate, ordinate e funzionali. Il nostro appartamento non è di quelli con la terrazza più grande per poter mangiare fuori, ma la vista del mare e le poltroncine relax sono piacevolissime. Check in e check out organizzatissimi. Staff sempre cortese, attento e disponibile nell'interessarsi per garantire un soggiorno piacevole agli ospiti.

Aggiungerei un paio di piccoli tavolinetti uso comodino per chi dorme nella camera piccola e accanto al divano letto in soggiorno

Lavinio con terrazza

L'appartamento era spazioso e pulito, la terrazza era altrettanto spaziosa e presenta un tavolo per pranzare fuori, due sdraie per il sole e un ombrellone molto grande per rimanere riparati dal sole. Il punto di forza di questo appartamento è la vista panoramica sul mare e la vicinanza con la spiaggia, alla quale è possibile accedere tramite una scalinata a 200 m di distanza

Per accedere all'ascensore c'è qualche scalino quindi ci siamo trovati in difficoltà con il passeggino

Posizione comoda, vicina al mare, raggiungibili a piedi supermercato, bar, attività commerciali, ristoranti e stabilimenti. Comodo l'ascensore (entra anche un passeggino grande), gentile la proprietaria sempre disponibile via whatsapp

Rapporto qualità prezzo (pulizia dell'alloggio discreta ma non splendente, scarsa attenzione ad alcuni dettagli - scolapiatti arrugginito, microonde molto sporco). Per un week end va comunque bene
