Purtroppo l'annuncio non era chiarissimo per lo meno per me bisogna fare attenzione nella scelta dell'alloggio in quanto nella stanza è presente Solamente una macchina del caffè

The people from the renting agency were very kind, helpful and solved our issues promptly.

The access to the apartment was not very convenient. The entrance door is quite narrow and there are stairs just in front. One has to be very careful, not recommended with small kids or for people with reduced mobility. Also, I can’t imagine going through with a buggy. The apartment itself was relatively OK. The sleeping room was very nice and fresh, but the window is facing the parking lot, leaving not much privacy. The whole flat is at the -1 floor, which would be a good info to be given in the description to my opinion. The kitchen is very small and could be better equipped, but again, after a short time our request of a chopping board was fulfilled. As for the rest, the patio was very spacious, the whole property is all recently renovated, clean and well kept. Communication with the rental agency was excellent and both the rental agent and the owners, whose holiday house is the main apartment at the front, were very friendly. Also the interaction with the other guest couple renting the other room upstairs was very good.
