New Portside Apartments

The location was very convenient, close to the port, the beach, and a supermarket. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, but the temperature was still comfortable at night. The owner was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay.

On our first day, we experienced a power outage, and later that night the water was also cut off until the following morning. It was probably just a one-time issue, but it made things a little difficult since we arrived back late that evening and had an early tour the next morning. The owner was very responsive and attentive when we contacted him.

Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Living con cucina completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici, con forno e lavatrice e aria condizionata. L host è stato gentile. Abbiamo fatto il self check in il giorno dell arrivo con chiavi nella lockbox e il giorno successivo abbiamo pagato direttamente al nostro host. Pagamento in contanti, vanno bene sia lek che euro. Parcheggio adiacente alla struttura se si è fortunati oppure presenti parcheggi a pagamento non lontani. La posizioni è buona, non lontana dalle spiagge (5 minuti a piedi) ma bisogna fare una ripida salita. Supermercato e bar/ ristoranti molto vicini.

La posizione era buona ma la salita era davvero ripida e noi avevamo un passeggino. Saranda è tutta una continua salita e discesa.

Parkeren in de straat was echt onmogelijk, dus we hebben onze auto 10 minuten verderop op een betaalde parkeerplaats neergezet. En de badkamer was heel erg klein.

Top locatie, dichtbij het strand en de haven. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Prijzig voor een appartement met redelijk veel mankementen. Geen pannen, weinig keuken gerei, niet werkende plafond lamp, kapot droog rek en een wasmachine die kapot klonk te gaan terwijl hij draaide. Daarnaast was de badkamer niet super schoon, geen handzeep en stonden de schoonmaak artikelen nog verspreid door het appartement.
