Cheap cheerful

Proximity to port and down town promenade great Clean comfortable albeit not so quiet because of local dog barking at 3am (remote from hotel)

It’s not great, but it can do for couple nights.

It was okay. I liked the location, which was far enough from loud promenade.

The double room on the first floor doesn’t have windows for some outdoor fresh air. A window for some outdoor air was in the bathroom, but it didn’t open.

Great value for money - lovely stay for basic accommodation.

Well-located close to the port, and in walking distance to plenty great restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms, nice to have an aircon and fridge.

There was no toilet paper provided (although there is a bidet hose, not everyone uses these). The hot water in the shower runs out awfully quickly, and it didn’t even heat up on the morning we checked out.

Great value and a great stay!

It was super clean and a really nice modern room. The location was really good, especially for access to the port. We had a great stay and it is excellent value!

A little issue when trying to check-in as reception is not manned all the time, but was easily rectified after contacting the hotel to let them know we were waiting outside.

Needs improvements

Good location close to the main area. Clean and newly updated rooms.

Beds were not made each day, towels were not changed, bins were not emptied, toilet paper was not refilled even after we asked. Had to ask housekeeper directly anytime we wanted something. We were told to message a whatsapp number if we needed anything but the requests weren’t fulfilled even after asking. There is never anyone at the reception and no check in instructions which made it tricky as we did not have cellphone data or wifi to contact anyone when we arrived. We also did not have hot water for most of our stay and had to take cold showers. Room is very small with lots of unnecessary furniture for a small room. Would be a great place if these issues were fixed.

Facilities ok, no Parking and not happy with the owner

The location was not bad and there is an amazing fish restaurant just Infront of the hotel

It says that there is parking in Booking, but it is not true. It is very difficult to park as it is in a very busy location. When we told the owner we wanted to pay in LEK, he told us we have to pay more than the actual price. We showed him the exchange rate from Google and told him that was the exact amount we should pay but he argued and only wanted the price he was asking for. A completely unnecessary and bad way start our stay there.

The location was ok, we could access the beaches by walking.

It was a hotel but no one came to change our sheets or towels for one whole week. No one came to clean our room and we did not have any facilities to clean it ourselves. The beds were very uncomfortable. There was no place in the window to dry our swimming clothes. Tv not working.

Perfect place to stay in Saranda! Everything is new in the room, great location (very close to the beach and port), air condition works perfect, comfortable bed, fridge in the room. What's more - very nice host!

Superb

The host was very kind and hospitable. The place is the same as in pictures. The promenade and the beaches are a short 5 min walk from the hotel. Many shops and great restaurants close to the hotel.

We had sproblems with parking since the parking in front of the hotel was always full. We had to park on the street like local people do. They surrounded our car with garbage bins maybe in 'protest' of us taking 'someone's place'. Also, there was no hot water in the mornings, the host asked us to wait for an hour or so for tge hot water so we had to change our plans for the day
