Doing all the basics right Inc hospitality, WiFi, cleanliness, water pressure, fridge and safety. The local neighbourhood has a lot more character than the seafront road.

A little bit of washing up liquid for dishes would have been useful

Good location close to the main area. Clean and newly updated rooms.

Beds were not made each day, towels were not changed, bins were not emptied, toilet paper was not refilled even after we asked. Had to ask housekeeper directly anytime we wanted something. We were told to message a whatsapp number if we needed anything but the requests weren’t fulfilled even after asking. There is never anyone at the reception and no check in instructions which made it tricky as we did not have cellphone data or wifi to contact anyone when we arrived. We also did not have hot water for most of our stay and had to take cold showers. Room is very small with lots of unnecessary furniture for a small room. Would be a great place if these issues were fixed.
