Doing all the basics right Inc hospitality, WiFi, cleanliness, water pressure, fridge and safety. The local neighbourhood has a lot more character than the seafront road.

The staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. The location was great as it was very central and walkable to most places in Saranda.
The drain in the shower in the bathroom didn’t work so after showering for about 30 seconds the whole room would start to flood. We did let the staff know about this but since we only stayed 2 nights they didn’t really have time to get it fixed which is understandable. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best either, the skirting boards were dirty and under the beds there was food scraps that had not been cleaned up.
