The host was lovely and very responsive over WhatsApp, and also was very flexible and allowed us to check in early. He gave us beach towels in addition to the towels already provided for us in our room which were so useful for our boat tour the next day! The room was clean and the kitchen had a stovetop and fridge which was great to cook our own meals. We had a lovely view of the bay from our room as well.
on booking.com it says there is a washing machine available, however it doesn't mention that you need to pay 3 euros per load, so beware of this extra fee.

Very clean room. Good view. Host was friendly and welcoming.
A bit far from the sarande promade still walkable around 15-20 mins away. But it was a tradeoff for good view.

Location not clear from address on booking site. My phone was dead and gps could not find it. Booking site should provide street name and exact house number.

There are good kitchen stuffs
The address provided in the booking was incorrect. We had a very unpleasant experience trying to locate the property. We took a taxi to the address given, but it turned out to be 20 minutes away from the actual location. Without internet access, we had to walk the entire way until we fortunately found the place.
