Super zentral zum See, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Garagenparkplatz von grossem Vorteil. Hatte bedenken wegen Platz mit grösserem Auto, war aber problemlos möglich.Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wohnung grösser als gedacht.
Bei grosser Hitze auch heiss in der Wohnung. Aber mit Ventilator und Rolladen runter am Tag geht es.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! Tout y est ! Literie au top, une chambre avec son volet roulant pour un noir complet la nuit. Une grande terrasse bien agréable même si les pigeons au dessus sont en trop 🤣 La plancha nous a permis de préparer de merveilleuses grillades. Rien n’y manque pour passer 3 semaines de cure ou plus. Thibaut est réactif pour répondre à nos demandes. En centre ville, à deux minutes de l’embarcadère À une minute des thermes. L’emplacement est excellent ! Le stationnement de la voiture au sous sol est un luxe à Évian ou le stationnement est un véritable casse-tête. La machine pour laver le linge est là 👍 Que demander de plus ? Ne tentez pas de réserver à nos dates 😡 Nous l’avons déjà fait pour 2027
