Beautiful and stylish flat

Beautiful and stylish apartment. We felt like being at home.

It’s like a clue game to get in the flat. It took us hours to get there because the roads were cut and had to go through the mountain. One of our kids started throwing up and then there was no internet on the area. When out of exasperation we called the host they didn’t pick up the phone…. We had to move away in order to have internet again to review how to get in the flat and finally we got in. One hint, the first floor on the building is the floor 0 on the elevator and the ground floor is the -1…

Good Stay but street parking

Very comfortable and convenient stay for enjoying golf at Evian

I gave up parking my AUDI Q8 at the designated parking lot, because it's too small. Be careful! It's only for very small cars.

Appartamento spazioso, fornito di caffè, tisana, olio, aceto, sale, ecc., in ottima posizione. Silenzioso e vicinissimo alla via centrale e al lago. I proprietari hanno preparato un video dettagliato per il primo accesso e un’app completa di info utili.

L’accesso al parcheggio riservato presenta un passaggio stretto (di cui i proprietari ci avevano informati). Siamo riusciti ad entrare/uscire con una Hyundai Tucson, ma è impegnativo per cui poi abbiamo preferito parcheggiare in strada (abbiamo sempre trovato posto nelle vicinanze ad un prezzo contenuto).

Всё было на высшем уровне , от подготовки к заезду и до отезда. Квартира шикарная , много места , инвентарь великолепен. Связь с хозяевами постоянная и ответы на вопросы получали сразу. Отличная локация , в самом центре. Рядом много ресторанов и продуктовых магазинов. Цена несопоставима с качеством , почему так дёшево ??? Спасибо огромное хозяевам , мы были в 8 домах в этой поездке и этот был лучшим. Если вернусь в эти края то обязательно буду пробывать остановится в этой квартире ещё раз.

Только одна вещь , советую приготовить более мягкие спальные подушки.

Appartement pratique, proche du lac et du centre natique.

L'appartement était grand et calme et proche du centre-ville d'Evian et du lac. La ville est très agréable, avec les magasins, les restaurants, le centre nautique et le bâteau vers Lausanne.

Malgré une petite voiture, une C3, nous avons frotté en nous garant dans le garage très étroit. La vue depuis l'appartement donne sur d'autres bâtiments et des fenêtres. Il n'y avait pas de rideaux dans l'appartement ni de climatisation.

Emplacement super pour acceder a Evian, aux restaurants, magasins etc

Une petite chose - il faut dire aux clients au DEBUT et pas a la fin qu'il faut vider les poubelles. Quand on sort avec les valises etc. c'etait difficile. Et on n'a pas pu utiliser la grande pomme de douche???? Il fallait alors, tenir la petite dans la main - pas ideal.
