    When I check in the room TV box cannot on. Ask for check the staff just told me need to arrange repair next day. Hard to adjust the shower water temperature. Realy disappointed.

    It’s a bit old and outdated, but clean with all essentials available. The room is spacious and bright, even the closet has its own window. Location is ideal, mins walking from city hall, opera house and symphony hall.

    Exterior and lobby look inviting. Rooms are ok in size, but no air conditioning, no fridge or microwave, and the room has an old cast iron steam radiator that vibrates and hammers all night long. Our tv didn't work either. Not the hotels fault, but the area is riddled with homeless people. We tried going for a few walks and had to walk on the street because the homeless people had taken over the entire sidewalk in some areas.
