Top of the top on almost EVERYTHING! Top staff, top location, top cleaningness, Extremely polite and helpful staff,large rooms, Very modern ! Check out was at 11 am and they let us stay until 3 pm! Only the breakfast was very poor. But again considering all the other positive things, that was minor … We will definitely be back! Thanks Loukas & the other lady ( I don’t remember her name… sorry)

The suite was located in Rome city centre, very close to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Our room was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was a highlight, freshly prepared each morning, generous and tasty. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Luca was a very gracious and helpful host.
