Boutique like property felt cozy. I really liked the uniqueness. Very clean. Comfortable bed.
Great location.
Door knob to bathroom fell off door and my kids got stuck in bathroom twice.
Air conditioner didn’t cool room.
Not enough lighting.

Great location, neat trevi fountain and texi station.
The furniture was nice and cozy, it made you feel like you were at home.
I liked that the rooms have names😊 intsead of numbers.
The shower water was difficult to adjust, It took a long time for the hot water to come through.
The bathroom curtains were too thin, and it was possible to see through them.
There was no elevator.

Fridge wasn’t working and 1 bed mattress was getting deep

Unbeatable location, good room size for Italian standards, excellent check-in instructions.
Water heater not working properly all the time, cleanliness could be improved (ton of uncleaned dust under the beds). Little natural light in the room.
