Location was great, fab view of sunset and some of the beach. Was nice to sit on the balcony in the mornings and afternoons with the view. Location was close to trams and busses, and also maybe a 5 minute walk into surfers paradise center.
Unfortunately the spas that are advertised on the booking were not filled or working and considering we came in winter we thought they would be, was a little disappointed as we were not advised of this. The property is self contained which was great, however the only appliances were a kettle, tiny fridge and some teaspoons.

Location was great. Views were great. Spacious room.
The balcony door was very hard to open and shut and felt like you could hear everything from the room coming from outside the sliding door. The shower wouldn’t drain so I had to manually push the water down the drain. We didn’t enjoy having no staff and being a seperate stay to the mantra apartment . We couldn’t just get spare towels as they cost extra so we had to cycle through the same ones. The room felt very budget and the beds were not comfortable.
