Loved the room. It’s big and it has everything you need.
The gym was under maintenance and it has no pool which is disappointing because it shows a pool in the description on booking.

Having a back injury and recent knee surgery I had massive trouble getting down to access the Key pass which was located just above the ground. A setuo like a Post Office Box at chest level would be a far more acceptable way to access the Lockbox
Getting luggage from the adjacent carpark was difficult and 3' trips up and down the lift were required as it is not possible to use a trolley due to not being able to get access from the Lobby directly to that car park
