Gaining the access key to the apartment required going to another address to pick them up. Delivery of keys to same location on end of stay was also necessary and inconvenient.

Fantastic location. Apartment has great views. Right in the heart of Surfers.
The corridors are in desperate need of an update.

Hotel was in a good location and was from what I understand a reasonable price for the time of year.
Had to collect room keys quite some distance from the hotel from a third party as the service desk did deal with the issue of keys. There was would in the bathroom tiles, stains on the carpet, no shampoo in the dispenser and the only usable power point beside the bed was in a very difficult spot to reach under the bedside table. There was also no room service during my stay.
