J'ai crevé UN pneu de ma voiture sur l'emplacement du parking à cause d'une borne de fermeture au sol ( vis et cadenas apparent sans pouvoir les éviter ).Cout du préjudice 450 euros.

Nice appartement, with a nice garden. Location is quite good.
Instructions to recover the key were wrong (at the first step). Since the arrival was late (around 7h30PM) there was nobody to support and had to wait for a car to leave the building to be able to enter. Very annoying after a long trip. The place comes with an assigned parking spot, which was occupied by other vehicles during 2x nights out of the 7x night stay. The stay was in winter time, and the AC in the main room was not warming enough, in the bathroom there is a heating, but it was not possible to understand how to start it. Again the support via WhatsApp was not useful.

L’appartement n’était pas très propre à notre arrivé nous avons dû passer l’aspirateur et nettoyer de grosse taches au sol
