Its large and wide terrace, protected and sunny, allows you to stroll and leisure at any time, in the lounge area, the dining area, or the barbecue.
The terrace opens onto a private garden with direct access to the semi-Olympic swimming pool, just renovated, with a view of the Mediterranean sea and the Lérins Islands.
This crossing apartment has all the necessary comfort on a daily basis:
- A fully equipped American kitchen, (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all daily accessories),
- A master bedroom : 1 queen size bed 160x200), its bathroom, just renovated with luxury materials, includes a double sink, a toilet and an Italian shower,
- Another bedroom : 1 queen size bed 160x200), which can be converted into 2 single bed (80x200), on demand,
- Another bathroom, also just renovated with luxury materials, which includes large shower, sink and wc,
- A big sofa with meridian in the sitting area, which can be cnverted into a queen size bed (160x200),
- A vestibule with washing machine and storage space.

The keys are handed over in person at check-in and check-out.
