Juan les pins - La Badine district - 400 m from the beaches - Apartment of 70 m2 with garden - 4 to 6 beds (two air-conditioned bedrooms and good quality sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room).

We loved our stay. Yann and Eva were fantastic hosts, who were very available when needed. The air con was very appreciated. The location was ideal for our young family, being very near the main Juan Les Pains beach, and convenient shops/eateries. Well located for the other attractions of the Cote d'Azur. Highly recommend!

We visited this place mid of Sep. and liked it a lot! A lot of Pros: - Kind and reachable hosts - quite big appartment - Very well equipped (washing machine, BBQ, dish washer etc.) and clean. - Separate Air Conditioning in living room, and both sleeping chambers - Save and private parking space - 5min walk to the sand(!) beach - Groceries, bus stop, and a few restaurants around the corner - Cannes, Nice Ville and Airport, ... all well reachable via train (TER). We enjoyed our stay a lot and would book it again.

This is a lovely apartment in the residential area of Juan Les Pins - just 5-7 minutes walk from a public beach, with a bunch of convenient shops nearby: a boulangerie, a greengrocer and a butcher. Having a good outside space is a definite plus to this property: we enjoyed having our breakfasts and dinners at the table outside. The property was clean and equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment and cooking essentials. The decor is simple and neutral but frankly we hardly ever spent time indoors. The owner is very friendly and helpful.Overall, I would recommend this property for a relaxed family/friends holiday.

Des hôtes très chaleureux et accueillants , un hébergement très bien équipé et très soigné et pour compléter une situation idéale à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville (à pieds) tout en étant au calme. Une équation réussie pour passer d’excellentes vacances!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Yann. L’appartement (qui est en fait le rez de chausse de sa maison) est top, et l’accès au jardin est vraiment un gros plus ! La possibilité de garer sa voiture est également très appréciable. La maison se trouve à environ 7 min à pieds de la plage ! Enfin, Yann est très agréable, et nous avons apprécié sa discrétion et sa sympathie.

Propriétaire accueillant, prévenant, disponible et discret durant le séjour. Appartement propre, très bien équipé et agencé. Extérieur impeccable avec espace privatif (terrasse, transat, place de parking, …) sans vis-à-vis. Localisation idéale pour se poser car tout est accessible à pied (centre-ville, commerces, plages, …) ou pour rayonner dans la région en voiture (Menton, Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, arrière-pays, …).

Après un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, nous découvrons un vaste appartement, très bien équipé et donnant sur un jardin privatif idéal pour prendre nos repas à l'abris de beaux parasols. La climatisation est silencieuse et efficace. Notre voiture est stationnée à l'intérieur de la propriété fermée par un portail électrique. La plage et les commerces sont accessibles à 5/6 minutes à pied. Gros point positif vu la difficulté de circuler et stationner en haute saison. Quel plaisir de partir de baigner serviette de bain sur l'épaule et tongues aux pieds... Les propriétaires sont disponibles mais très discrets. On se sent rapidement chez soi. Bref, un très bon séjour qui s'est terminé par une sympathique surprise...

Tout à fait conforme à la description.Location trés fonctionnelle et agréable tout près des plages et des commerces ( donc pas besoin de sortir la voiture sauf pour les visites). Le propriétaire Yann est accueillant et discret. Une bonne adresse pour profiter de la mer toute proche, tout en bénéficiant du jardin clôt.

Un appartement joliment décoré, fonctionnel, les literies sont neuves. La cuisine est bien équipée. De plus l'espace jardin est bien aménagé , on peut profiter des soireé á l'extérieur ainsi que le barbecue. Un endroit idéal pour déconnecter du quotidien et savourer pleinement ses vacances. On est bien reçu par le propriétaire qui est á l'écoute, de bon conseil et convivial. Je recommande cette location .

Nous sommes très satisfaits de cette prestation qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif. L'appartement peut contenir 6 personnes, il et bien entretenu et la terrasse/jardin permet de prendre tous les repas à l'extérieur. Idéalement situé, proche de la mer (plage à 5 minutes) de tous les commerces ainsi que du centre animé de Juan les Pins, tout peut de faire à pied. Le propriétaire est très agréable, discret et disponible. Nous le recommandons sans problème et y retournerons dès que possible

Siamo appena tornati dal soggiorno di 15 giorni a Juan Les Pins presso il confortevole appartamento a piano terra della villetta, silenzioso, pulito, ben dislocato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Tutta la famiglia è rimasta molto soddisfatta della vacanza: l'idea è di ritornarci e consigliarla agli amici. Yann è proprietario gentile, disponibile e mette a proprio agio gli ospiti. Appartamento con ampie camere, cucina fornita di tutto ma proprio tutto, salotto disponibile con divano letto matrimoniale comodissimo, bagno spazioso con lavatrice, doccia eccezionale, aria condizionata e soprattutto area giardino gradevole ed estesa che ci ha permesso di fare colazioni e cene all'aperto anche con barbecue a gas rendendoci gradevoli le serate. Comodo il posto macchina all'interno del giardino, abbiamo visitato anche le località vicine più tipiche: Nizza, Cannes, Montecarlo, St Raphael, St Tropez, Grasse, Avignone, ecc.. Un occhio ai prezzi dei ristoranti, ma spiagge libere fornite di docce, bagni e sorveglianza e benzina a prezzi bassi (gasolio anche il 30% in meno che in Italia) consentono di fare una bella vacanza a costi ragionevoli per le famiglie.

Appartement tres agréable, bien équipé, idéal avec les enfants car la terrasse et le jardin sont clôturés, et la plage et les commerces à 5 min a pied. Les pièces sont spacieuses, y compris la salle de bains... État general tres bon. La climatisation pour les chambres et le salon est très appréciable. Nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances, en profitant de la terrasse et du charmant jardin.

Cet appartement est idéal pour passer quelques jours de vacances. Très bien agencé, propre et équipé. Nous y avons passé 1 semaine à 4 fin Juin et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. L'appartement peut accueillir facilement 6 personnes. Les chambres sont confortables et l'espace moderne. La terrasse est parfaite pour des bains de soleil et le barbecue idéal. Le quartier est calme, supermarchés à 3 min à pied et plage publique à 5 min ! Le propriétaire est disponible et très accueillant. Nous avons été ravis de cette location!
