Très beau Studio lumineux dans Villa avec piscine

- Leiligheten hadde alt av nødvendigheter for en familie på 5 - Bassenget og uteområdet var bedre enn forventet - Verten var utrolig imøtekommende og hyggelig Anbefales på det sterkeste!

For noen kan det at leiligheten så velbrukt ut være negativt, men for oss gjorde dette at vi kunne føle oss mer som hjemme. Vi slappet utrolig godt av på denne plassen i de 3 nettene vi var her.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce flat de cette villa. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Daniel et Khadija, dont la gentillesse et la disponibilité ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour exceptionnel. Le studio est magnifique, lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, dans une ambiance cocooning très agréable où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. La terrasse et le balcon avec vue sur la piscine sont de véritables atouts pour profiter pleinement du cadre. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout et à seulement 600 mètres de la plage, ce qui rend les déplacements faciles et agréables. Entre la piscine, le jardin et le confort du logement parfaitement équipé, tout est réuni pour un séjour de rêve. Nous y avons passé trois semaines idylliques, remplies de détente et de plaisir. Un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésitation, et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Seul petit point perfectible : quelques aménagements supplémentaires dans le coin cuisine seraient les bienvenus, afin de rendre l’espace encore plus fonctionnel. Cela dit, cela n’enlève rien à la qualité globale du séjour.

The location was quite good! I was able to walk to Antibes centre and enjoy! Walk to the beach took minutes! I had the backyard… pool to myself… I didn’t encounter any other people while I was there. Very beautiful grounds! Very private! Pool was pristine and clean! Well appointed with furniture around the pool. The grounds and exterior were quite well appointed, indeed.

The parking was on the street and while I was able to secure a random spot, nothing was right in front of the property. This made unloading an unwelcome task for a solo traveller. The parking is free on the street if, you can secure a spot… I always got a spot… just not always at the entrance of the property. Not super far away but, notable if you’re in need to unload a vehicle, have children, are concerned about your vehicle not being closer to your residence, per se. The property felt secure within; security codes for the main access and to my personal villa. Luckily I was on the first floor because there are enough steps to make lugging suitcases a bit of a challenge, otherwise. Had I been on an upper level, I would have struggled greatly with my large/fifty pound suitcase. The room itself was quite run down… old… needed a facelift… needed the holes in the wall simply patched and some fresh paint… the bathroom never felt clean… the shower felt dirty/stained grout… the bathroom door had broken wood..: the toilet was positioned awkwardly… I’m a tiny person and found it so challenging to access the toilet without banging into the cabinet… have no idea how anyone even slightly larger would achieve this without difficulty. The room was spacious but, the bed was a mere daybed… super uncomfortable… the bedding looked very old… the pillows were terrible… dirty and old… flatter than flat. I asked for additional or better pillows… didn’t happen. The kitchen… no provision of a fresh dishcloth or sponge to clean the dishes - that were all mismatched and random… I had to move the microwave from on top of the fridge to the adjacent drawer to reach the plug. No hairdryer provided, and when I asked for one… was told that they could not solve that problem. So, no hairdryer for four days. No simple toiletries or toilet paper provided… was told that the store was near and that I needed to buy all for myself… and, even dish soap.
