The owner was very nice and was helpful overall it was in a good location with a good balcony and we enjoyed our stay. Lots of transport options available nearby and a supermarket open all day. Only 30 minute walk to the Eiffel tower.
Apartment was clean however there was some ants which concerned me therefore they were crawling up me on the toilet. As well as there being only 2 lights so difficult to see my surroundings so I wasn’t sure if I was in Paris or not. Couldn’t find towels until later so my friend used my private towel on her face.

Совершенно фантастический лофт/студия, очень светлый, уютный, теплый. Небольшой кухонный уголок с самыми необходимыми кухонными приборами. Чудесный вид с балкона, шикарный подъезд. Замечательный район, рядом метро, автобусная остановка, два супермаркета, магазинчики, река. Мы провели незабываемые дни! Хозяин, Джонатан, всегда на связи, готов помочь. Он был очень добр: предоставил возможность выехать из апартаментов позже - у нас был вечерний самолет.
К сожалению, wi-fi был не очень уверенный. Ещё бы пригодились вторые ключи. Ещё стоит добавить, что через двери неплохо слышно, что происходит за пределами квартиры.

Extreme gentillesse du propriétaire qui a remis les clés à notre fille dès son arrivée (avant l'heure), sa prévenance et disponibilité. Il a tout fait pour que son séjour soit serein (elle y était pour passes des concours) - Merci infiniment

Jolie Déco, super balcon, équipements disponibles, bien desservi transports, vue tour eiffel à quelques pas sans oublier l'hôte très sympathique!
