Struttura dotata di tutti i confort, posizione ideale per raggiungere i punti di maggiore interesse, ampio parcheggio gratuito. Host cordiale e disponibile. Tutto meraviglioso.

Great location. Close to Ortigia and right in the center of the city. Apartment was clean and good enough facilities. The Host was very helpful and assisted us quickly when needed. I would stay here again.

Lokalizacja apartamentu była bardzo dobra. Blisko do dworca autobusowego i kolejowego. Blisko do centrum historycznego i innych ważnych obiektów archeologicznych. W pobliżu był bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony sklep. Nie było problemu z zakupami. W pobliskim otoczeniu była kawiarnia, pizzeria i lokal gastronomiczny z pysznym niedrogim jedzeniem. Sam apartament był przestronny, słoneczny z piękną marmurową podłogą i dużym balkonem . Z okien roztaczał się widok na miasto, zieleń i morze! Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona w potrzebne przybory. W każdej sypialni przestronne szafy, lustra. Była możliwośc korzystania z pralki automatycznej. Apartament spełniał nasze oczekiwania, dawał komfort pobytu.

Emplacement bien situé proche d'Ortigia. Chambres spacieuses et lumineuses. Proche des commodités. Parking disponible juste devant l'appartement. 2 ascenseurs et une machine à laver. C'est confortable.

A notre arrivée, l'eau du robinet était jaune. Points à améliorer: pas assez propre à notre goût. Le sol était assez poussiéreux. La robinetterie de la salle de bain est rouillée, éponge sale et usée dans la cuisine. Une poêle mais non compatible avec la plaque à induction. Pas assez de couverts, 4 verres et 4 bols pour 6 personnes. Il y avait un condiment périmé à disposition dans le placard. Nous avons aussi trouvé une cuillère avec des pointes de rouille dans la salière. L'état général des couverts était très moyen. Les oreillers étaient inconfortables car vraiment trop gros et durs. Odeurs de canalisation dans la salle de bain.
