Cosy home in Reading, Berkshire

Location is very close to Tesco Extra and a 10mins walk to Lidl. It's also only a 15-20mins walk to the city centre. Although I found out the neighborhood is not the best, I never felt unsafe here. Mind you, we never stayed out past 7pm. There is a park with great playground nearby so it's a plus point for family like mine. It's also only a 15min walk to Prospect Park with even better playground there. The kitchen is well equipped so it is very comfortable if you want to cook. However, there are many restaurants nearby too. The house is clean. Wifi is fast. There is a smart tv where you can watch Youtube, Netflix, etc. Everything works well. There are wardrobe and clothes storages. Overall, I had a really comfortable time here! Thank you so much!

Stairs may be too steep for old people or really young kids, but it's carpeted. The dining and tv room (where family gathers most) can be quite dark, especially the tv room as the blinds open to the sidewalk so it's usually closed. Quite inflexible on changing check out dates although we asked 5-6 days before planned early check out dates. But that's understandable and stated in the bookings. Just a note for people who are deciding booking dates for long term stays.
