Vicinanza al centro, terrazzino. Avrebbe buone possibilità ma non è ben gestita
Rumorosa, la camera era proprio sulla strada molto frequentata e non isolata dal rumore, la cucina sporca e piena di insetti. Poca pulizia in generale e senso di abbandono.
