This is the 2nd time I stayed in this unit... I really enjoy staying in this unit due to the price... it's lower doesn't have a view but it is very nice decor so I think the value is correct. I will definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed this room... I have stayed at multiple rooms at Avant on different trips... this room didn't have many reviews but pics looked good so I gave it a chance... communication from property manager was great... room pics were accurate and the room was very clean... the view isn't much just overlooking the playground and the roundabout behind it but this is not bad at all... I believe the price is very well worth it... I will definitely book again in the future!!!
