Good location, clean and good communication from owner.

Sliding door on toilet wouldn’t close .

Comfortable property in charming location next door to Colwick Country Park. Free parking just outside. Friendly, co-operative host. Clean and up to date.

No dislikes. Would be useful to have been left some tourist information and printed instructions as to how to operate the facilities. Bathrooms (2!) need towel rails.

The surrounding and views of the property were beautiful; ample space to park your car; overall pleasantly decorated interior.

The shower drain in the en-suite was blocked, meaning you ended up standing in dirty water while showering. Afterwards, the entire bathroom would flood and never dry out. There was a jar of Nescafé in the kitchen, but when we tried to make coffee in the morning, it got all lumpy and we found it was out of date. As our stay coincided with the clocks going forward, we requested a slightly later check-out, as it seemed reasonable under the circumstances. However, the host didn’t respond to our message until three and a half hours after we had checked-out, I tried both personal text and the Booking messenger. The price on Booking for the same property is £60 cheaper to what is advertised on AirBnb.
