La casa era attrezzata, pulita, fornita di tutti i confort, letti comodi eravamo in 7, letti per 5 e un divano letto per due persone. Circa 20 Min a piedi dalla spiaggia, a 10 min a piedi supermercati.

Vicinato poco tollerante.

We just finished our stay. A family of two adults and two children. The apartment is in a very convenient, quiet location. There's a Lidl and Mercado. There's a bar/cafeteria right outside the apartment. A city bus stop is a few steps away. There are several places to eat nearby. The apartment is well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped. There are fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen is small, but it was adequate for cooking. There's a nice balcony where you can start the day with coffee or say goodbye with a drink. Beach towels and umbrellas are available in the house. Toiletries are provided in the bathroom. Katarzyna greeted us with water and wine. She explained how everything works. We had no problems with the apartment throughout our stay.

The toilet has a bathtub, but could use a shower and ventilation. I'd like to emphasize, however, that this isn't a major issue. I just think that if it were done, I'd easily give it a 10.

​We had a wonderful stay in Alicante as a family of four (including our two-year-old). Our host, Katerine, was excellent and incredibly accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in which was a huge help with a toddler. ​The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped, and the kitchen had many useful items. She even provided wine and yogurt for us as a nice touch. A massive bonus for us was the blackout curtains in the rooms, allowing everyone to get a great night's sleep. ​The location is perfect. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the Plaza Mar 2 Shopping Mall, giving us multiple options for shopping and eating, plus there are several supermarkets nearby for everyday essentials. It is also an easy 20-minute walk to the beach, and Katerine kindly provided beach towels for us to use. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. As feedback to help with future guests, the apartment might benefit from some renovation in the Kitchen, and particularly the bathroom. We noticed that door's lock in the bathroom is not working and the shower curtain is currently broken and could use a replacement. ​Aside from that, everything was comfortable and we really appreciated Katarine's hospitality.

Very cosy and comfortable apartments. Perfect for a family holiday. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Cosy neighbourhood. 10-15 minutes to the beach. Close to the airport. 3 minutes from the Mercadona or Auchan supermarket, where you can find everything you need, always fresh and at affordable prices. The apartment has bed linen, towels, beach towels and a beach blanket. The bathroom has very good quality shower gel and shampoo, not to mention cleaning products in the kitchen, laundry capsules and coffee capsules for the first few days. The neighbours are friendly. There is a pharmacy opposite the entrance across the road. Special thanks to Kate, who met us and checked us in. Everything was quick and timely.

There are minor details, but they do not affect the overall impression and relaxation.
