Villa Aelia

The villa is in a very peaceful location, perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday. Just one minute away, there’s a beautiful, clean beach with crystal-clear water. There are also many other stunning beaches nearby, including organized private beaches, as well as supermarkets and everything you might need within a short drive. The house was spotless, spacious, and extremely well equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. It is one of the best-equipped holiday homes we’ve ever stayed in. The outdoor area is lovely and well maintained. Vicky was kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing about the villa itself. Having a car is definitely an advantage, as there are many beautiful beaches, charming villages, and interesting places worth visiting nearby. The beach next to the villa has a few small pebbles at the entrance to the sea, but this wasn’t a problem at all. The water is crystal clear, and there’s even a sandy pathway leading into the sea, making it much more comfortable to enter.

If you are looking for comfort, relaxation, peace and quiet, this is the perfect place to stay. The house is excellent — spacious, comfortable, spotless, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you may need for a wonderful holiday. The mattresses are very comfortable, and the yard and terraces are simply unforgettable. The views are absolutely beautiful, with terraces overlooking either the sea or the olive groves. The sea is very close to the house. The nearby beach is rocky, but there is an access path to the water, and the quiet mornings there, with no one else around, are truly unforgettable. Just two minutes away by car, there is also a sandy beach with sunbeds, music, drinks and a children’s playground. The nearest supermarkets are about 10 minutes away by car and offer everything you may need. A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful host for the warm hospitality. Our stay was truly unforgettable, and we felt completely at home. We would be very happy to come back again.

We stayed there for a few days as two families, and from the very first moment it felt like coming home. It truly has everything you need, and it looks just as beautiful as it does in the pictures. What stood out to us the most was the hospitality and the warm, attentive friendliness of the hosts.

Коттедж выше всяких похвал. Находится в тихом небольшом коттеджном посёлке, в двух минутах ходьбы от моря. Даже в самые жаркие дни находиться на веранде более чем комфортно благодаря освежающему ветерку. Пляж каменистый первые метров пять, затем начинается песок. В некоторых местах камни расчищены местными жителями для обеспечения комфортного захода. Море в конце августа было очень тёплое и чистое, в нём можно находиться безвылазно хоть целый час. В доме есть все необходимые принадлежности, кухня полностью оборудована, есть два телевизора и два санузла (душ только в одном), есть душ во дворе - приятно ополоснуться после моря, есть стиральная машина, что очень удобно для большой семьи с детьми. На втором этаже есть отличный балкон с диваном и изумительным видом на море и горы. Имеются необходимые приспособления для барбекю. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает хозяйка дома Вики - очень милая и добрая женщина, которая организовала крайне тёплый приём по приезде, напекла очень вкусное печенье с оливками, кекс, угостила превосходными соусами и вареньями собственного приготовления, загрузила холодильник фруктами и напитками на первые пару дней. По правде говоря, я ещё ни разу в жизни не встречал такого тёплого приёма в арендуемом жилье. Вики - вы великолепны!!! Мы обязательно вернёмся в это райское место ещё.

Единственный недостаток - осы. Каждый раз, когда выносишь еду, чтобы поесть на веранде, прилетают две-три осы, как будто сидят рядом в засаде. Но проблема с осами - это проблема не конкретного коттеджа, а посёлка в целом. На крайний случай, можно принимать пищу за столом на кухне, все окна и входы в дом оборудованы антимоскитными сетками.
