Excellent location on the coast at Paraparaumu, with spectacular views over to Kapiti Island. Very nice fireplace which heated the apartment very well. Modern kitchen with good applicances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher etc). Spa pool.
No complaints!

Great location overlooking the sea. Excellent cafe right next door.
No separate lavatory and only one bathroom. No ensuite. No instructions as to how to make the kitchen facilities function. Poor weather with constant cold wind so unable to use the hot tub which we had been really looking forward to.
