The perfect spot for a family escape awaits at this two-storey, four-bedroom holiday home, boasting sea views and a tree house for the kids! Welcome to Kapiti Views!
Bright and cosy top-floor living invites you to settle in and make yourself right at home at this fabulous Waikanae Beach accommodation. Open the windows and French doors for indoor/outdoor flow onto the deck, where a shaded picnic table and a BBQ waits to host alfresco dining with a view.
On a mid-year getaway, a heat pump will keep you cosy and warm, pop some corn in the fully equipped kitchen, and snuggle up together for a movie night on the TV, offering both Freeview and Chromecast. There’s also complimentary WiFi to keep you connected throughout your stay.
Four bedrooms comfortably sleep eight guests, with versatile configurations for any group or family. A family bathroom, complete with soaking tub, completes the upstairs set up.
You’ll find a real bonus downstairs here at Kapiti Views; a self-contained flat with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and a queen bed.

If the kids want to blow off some steam, there’s also a park just a five-minute walk away.
There’s also space to park a small boat here at Kapiti Views, so why not bring it along and launch for a day out from the boat ramp just three minutes' drive away!

Bakery and dairy quite close and pub/restaurant a few minutes drive away.Beach close. Kitchen well stocked. Good games for evening entertainment.Separate annex great for larger family dynamics.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, is a very spacious clean and tidy home and very home with its North Facing and elevated, recommend to others wishing to stay in the area.
