Well maintained and equipped, plenty of linen available and very thoughtful touches, we also enjoyed the garden.

The house has a lovely layout, with bedrooms and bathroom one end, living and kitchen the other. There are three bedrooms, the smaller one is in a conservatory with full curtains, it was a bit warmer than the others. There is one large main bathroom with a good shower and bath. The large downstairs rumpus room with pool table and games was fun, and cooler in temperature, this room had a toilet with a small shower. It was very hot when we visited, there are 2 heat pumps that we used for cooling. Lovely retro design throughout the house. Loved the collection of picnic boxes. Very well-equipped kitchen, with everything you could possibly want. Good bbq. Walking distance to the beach. The house is higher up so we could also see the coast from the house. The garden was great, lots of planting, nice hot tub - we only used it once as the weather was so hot. Games (indoor and outdoor) are provided. Owners were brilliant when we communicated a small issue with them through the number given in the house.
The house is wonderful - these issues are to do with the booking and information. I think the house is new to booking.com, so should be resolved soon.
Full payment was attempted to be taken by Bachcare at least two weeks prior to the date given in booking.com . this resulted in my first booking being cancelled despite Bachcare's assurance that it wouldn't. I booked again and decided to make full payment immediately to avoid the same problem.
The booklet in the house stated that we must leave the house in the same state that we found it, i.e. that we must clean. Later I had a message from booking.com saying we didn't need to clean. The book in the house needs to be updated to reflect this.

We really liked the retro theme it was cool. The layout of the property was lovely and the space was awesome. I would definitely look at staying there again.
