About this house rental

Sandgate is a fully equipped family home set on the sand dunes of Waikanae Beach with a commanding view from the large living room of Kapiti Island, Marlborough Sounds, and the shoreline from Paraparaumu to Otaki. Sandgate has been in the same family for more than 50 years, and as such it is particularly suitable for families. The unobstructed view of the beach and ocean has been very popular with our previous guests. Sandgate is a pleasant half mile walk along the beach to the cafes and grocery stores. The beach immediately in front of Sandgate is safe for swimming year round.

Our best location and sea view of all the holiday rentals at Waikanae Beach we have had since 1972.Older style, 3 bedroom/bathroom setup suited our 3 family group perfectly and being a very cold winter the fireplace was a bonus.
