Perfect House in Spata

Good proximity to airport (but with taxi, public transportation not as efficient to this neighborhood, but it exists). Home was tidy and clean and the aircon worked well. Beds were a bit firm. Decor is like a grandma’s house.

Host was responsive but it took a number of back-and-forth communications to get clarity on accessing the property and other amenities—not much context up front. Also felt a little line communicating with someone with ADHD, but overall a nice person.

We stayed here to be close to the airport the last couple days of our trip. The house was clean and easy to access. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 baths which was nice for our preferences. The home is spacious and well furnished with furniture and appliances. The stairs are marble and curved with no rails all the way to the top, so guests with mobility issues should be aware. There is a handheld shower in both bath tubs but no regular walk-in shower. There was a nice view out the back, but no windows to view it. All in all, it worked well for what we needed and was much appreciated

The kitchen is nice but sparsely furnished. No tea, very little basic supplies, and so we ate out or got delivery. The town is within walking distance with small mini-markets but it was further than I was led to believe. Beds and pillows good, and loved the AC in each bedroom. A neighbor dog barked a lot both nights we were there.

The house is very large and spacious - it has two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms,big equipped kitchen,heating and air conditioning in each room. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and although we arrived late, we found a great place to have dinner just a couple of minutes from the house.Check-in was simple and convenient. We stayed for just one night but had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend to everyone.
