Location is very convenient for an one-night stay near the airport. We accessed it by car, can't comment on how easy it would have been by bus. The room is very well equipped with kitchenware, towels, sheets, A/C and a ceiling fun. Bed and sofa were comfortable.

Everything inside must be relatively new and hence you could sense the smell of VOCs, not sure if it was from the paint, the furniture - room needs to be ventilated some more on a daily basis, the atmosphere seems heavy and not ideal for any person with respiratory issues or allergies. The room is on the ground floor, right on the pavement of a -not very busy- street, which probably forces the guest into drawing the curtains/drapes down for reasons of privacy, but this is something that is known at the time of the booking. Could be an issue if you want to spend more time inside and need more natural lighting. The toilet seat cover was not screwed properly and was moving all over the place, the towel hanger in the bathroom had fallen off from one of its mounting points on the wall, and the rubbish bin in the same place could not be opened by the defunct foot pedal. Fairly disappointing functional issues for what seemed like a new place. Most disappointing was the fact that the cleaning lady unlocked the apartment's door without even knocking on it at 10:39 (am) on the morning of check-out, which was supposed to have been at 11:00. She said sorry and made a U-turn, but I have never experienced this before and it is the primary reason for my low rating.
