1BR Charming townhouse in capital city with WIFI by 360 Estates

The apartment is clean, top location..beautifully decorated. I will come back.

The location is excellent! The balcony and view of the church was nice to have. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment has a large modern bathroom. The apartment has some lovely original features. Bed was comfortable.

The towels need to be replaced and there weren’t enough for a five night stay for two people.

First of all, the location of the apartment is simply amazing. You stay just one street away from the very center of Valletta, and everything is within walking distance. Overall, it is a stylishly decorated and very centrally located place, but not particularly clean, with inattentive hosts.

We wanted to do an early check-in. They told us they would let us know that day if it was possible, but that in any case we could leave our luggage at 1:00 PM. Even though we asked again on the day, nobody informed us. When we went to leave our luggage at 1:00 PM, the apartment was already ready, but since nobody had informed us, we just left the luggage and went out. When we came back, nothing had been touched, meaning nobody had entered the apartment in the meantime. In short, there is a lack of attentiveness. (-1) The apartment is not clean. The bottoms of the slippers we brought with us turned completely black by the last day, so it clearly had not been vacuumed. The bathroom cleanliness was mediocre as well — probably just wiped down superficially. We informed them that one of the towel was dirty (because it genuinely was), and they asked us to send a photo “so the team could check it.” Why would we make something like that up, and why would it even require an investigation by a team? (-1) There is hot water in the apartment, but it runs out very quickly (within 5–10 minutes). It is not enough for a properly detailed shower. (-1) Other than two low-quality toilet paper rolls and shower gel placed there for hand washing (yes, you read that correctly), there is basically nothing provided. You should bring all essentials such as extra toilet paper, wet wipes, tissues, etc. yourself. (-1) The room is humid and has a damp smell. However, since this seems to be a general issue in Valletta, I am not deducting points for this; I am only mentioning it for informational purposes.
