Very cheap, you get a decent stay for the money. Apartment had everything for cooking and even a washing machine. Clean, quiet area, clean rooms.
There are six rooms in total that share one bathroom, sometimes it can take time before you can shower etc. The isolation isn’t the best either. Small rooms that don’t have much apart from a bad nd a table, not much entertainment at all. But perfect for sleeping over a night for a very reasonable price

The room and the common areas were very clean. The location was great because even though we weren’t in the center it was very easy and fast reachable.
