Clean linen and nice outside sitting area.
The walls are very thin, so any sound travels. There should be VISIBLE AND CLEAR house rules about making noise after 0:00. We were kept up until 2:00 am by selfish guests in the kitchen. We had to go and ask them to go to bed.
The mattresses should be cleaned. It is full of fluff.

For the price, we had a nice room with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. It was exactly as described on Booking.
In the morning, we could hear a slightly noisy family in the kitchen who woke us up. They also didn't clean the dishes after themselves, so we had to clean them to use them. But that's nothing against the accommodation itself.

Good price, we paid only 50€ and received all apartment (kitchen with balcony and lounge as one room + bedroom). For family of 4 it was perfect. We wanted kitchen to cook and lot of space. Very good, better than hotel. Nice view from windows. Also there is free parking. Dont expect 5 star hotel, you get what you pay for. Its great for 50€ and owner is a very nice and friendly guy !
*Shower is bit small becouse of the low roof, but overall is ok. Remember its not a 5 star hotel.
*Be prepared for bad road, its old cobble road, very bumpy, around 200m. But bonus to that road is free parking and thats a big bonus.
