Bathroom is quite impossible to shower, lil bathtub that you have to kneel down when showering.

Excellent location, great owner and easy access to old town on foot/via trams, supermarkets nearby

Excellent property in quiet residential location a 20 minute walk to the Old Town and 5 minute walk to tram station (recommend the 10 or 12 tram from Gdansk central train station). Great shared kitchen with free filter coffee and tea, bread etc. Very nice owner allowed us to check-in and out outside of normal times. He even recommended a local basic restaurant/milk bar which was one of our best meals in Gdansk. Supermarkets nearby.

Unfortunately few options to eat locally except for the one recommended by the owner (and that one's a 20 minute walk away).

Disgusting Place and Scammer Owner

Nothing, the place is absolutely disgusting.

We've booked this hotel for 4 nights but couldn't stay here for even a day. Nobody met us when we arrived. The room was incredibly cold, it was 11°C inside. There were no hot water at all. And near our bed I saw two woodlouses... We had to move to another hotel after a hour of staying here. We asked for compensation of expenses for at least 2 payed nights when we finally manged to find the owner. But he started to lie that he is not the owner and the "real owner" will come here just on the next day after our planned check out which is really interesting coincidence. The guy told that he is not going to make a refund untill we leave our apartment and let him use it for other guest, so he literally told us to check out during our reservation so "maybe he can try to make refund". We would never stay there longer than a hour so we left. Then he started texting me that he is not going to make a refund and even started to talk impolite. In the end we spent our money for 4 nights in this terrible place, couldn't spent here a single night, then being asked to leave and got scammed on money!

Great accommodation for the price

Kitchen was perfect. We were at bottom part room and there was cold at night, although it was 30 degrees during the day.

The way to this hotel is terrible. If you have lower car you can damage it by this journey. But it is not problem of hotel, it’s just warning

Good choice for a few days in Gdansk

The apartment was a four bed room, two single beds and a bunk bed. You share the kitchen with the other apartments. The kitchen has a microwave oven and a stove, but no regular oven. The room is good, with storage, a internet connected TV (no chromecast built in, you could connect your own), high speed internet (250 MBit/s plus). The bathroom is quite big.

The upper bunk bed lacked protection from the occupant falling down during night. We informed the owner about this, and he said that this will be corrected. The upper bunk bed also had a thin madress, so not suitable for adults. The other beds were comfortable. Driving to the apartment by car is a bumpy experience, the last 600 meters of the road is made up of flat stones, with gaps between them, so drive slowly to avoid damaging your car. We used public transportation during the stay and left the car parked after grocery shopping. The public transportation is very good, and not expensive, so it is highly recommended. Just make sure you buy tickets in advance. The closest tram stop lack a ticket machine, so make sure you buy some tickets while you do the grocery shopping. Unprofessional behaviour and promise not kept

This was a basement room that has very little ventilation and could observe moulds at some places in bathroom. It was not optional for kids to stay overnight. So I complained to property owner and he was not ready to listen and infact trying hard to convince us that this is one of the best sound proof room he has.. And he couldn't offer replacement room but he promised to refund the full fee if I wish. Later when I escalated this issue through bookings.com and requested cancellation, property owner declined my request and did not keep up his promise. Several reminders were sent later to accept the refund request, but no reply. So it's such a unprofessional and unpleasant experience with both property. The conversations with bookings.com didn't reach any improvement. So I won't recommended this place at all.

Close to the old town and staff was really friendly.

Basement rooms could have carpet on the floor- we stayed in room 11 and floors were cold- carpet would help a lot! Shower needs maybe curtain, floor gets wet and is not pleasant.

Superb

Located in the quiet area of the city but close to the city center (5 minutes by train). The grocery shops are 10-15 minutes walking. Cozy rooms with everything you need on your vacations. Self check in. The view from the windows is amazing! Hosts are very nice. Highly recommend!👌

Very good

The room was very comfortable and a pleasent place to stay, however it was pretty small. Beds were comfortable as well. The bathroom was good, quiet large too. But we recommend bringing your own toilet paper if you want a longer stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have mostly positive opinions.

Superb

The owner was very helpful and made this guesthouse a very nice place to stay. Everything you need is at hand, fridge, cooking facilities, washing machine and th like. Was perfect for my 2 days break on my cycling tour through the Baltic countries.

Only thing was that the pressure of the shower was quite week. Therefore only 9 instead of 10 points.

Good place for stay if your plans are most of the time explore city and surrounding areas.

Good location if you don`t want to allocate in city center where is very crowded and problems finding free parking. View from room was very good. Small room but enough for two persons for short stay.

Narrow streets to get to the appartement, but at least there was free parking spot. Other visitors who had balcony can smoke and smell comes directly in room.

There was no breakfast . There was a good kitchen and cutlery where you can cook and store food. Both father and daughter were very wellcoming people and did their best to make client happy.

I found doors were slamming very hard and it was Hard to sleep. Sometimes you hear constantly people coming and going over night and slamming the door.

The room wasn't very clean. Other people staying in the property were making a lot of noise in the kitchen next to my room, that's why it was hard to sleep.
