Economical option in Gdansk. Bus/train/shared mobility-away from the city. The hostel is practical for exploring the Gdansk area. No shoe indoors policy helped the place stay clean but some long-termers felt they were above the rule. Breakfast is basic but appreciated, as there are no shops nearby the premises.
Despite my request otherwise, I was placed in a room with old guests that were aggressive and dirty, making my stay uncomfortable. They were long-termers, and the staff did nothing. As other rooms appeared available, this room allocation seemed unnecessary. Other reviewers had mentioned social atmosphere but I found absolutely none during my stay.
