The location was pretty convenient if you plan to visit all the tri-cities. It is between sopot and Gdansk and close to tram and train. There's a few supermarkets around in case you want to cook. The room was very clean and the people at the front desk was kind. I would recommend it for solo travelers, the night was quiet and comfortable.
The tap in the washroom had little pressure, but to be honest it was a minimal detail, I am sure the other taps work just fine.

Overall everything was ok, many shops around, 6 stops from the sea side by tram
Is not that I didn’t like, but I was very surprised that there was no tv or radio in the room. I didn’t check it when I book, as these days Tv was everywhere I rented before. I came for holiday not to watch TV, I was all day out but it was sad in the evening to stay without any noise in the room. If I knew would take my laptop with me.

The building is fairly new and the rooms are big. Location is close to the University so if you're a student looking for a place to stay this might be a good place for you.
There was a massive delay with the rooms availability. We were supposed to get rooms from 15:00 but though we've arrived closer to 17:00 the rooms were still not ready. They've told us that there was an issue with the cleaning staff that didn't do their job and thus rooms were not prepared. Luckily we were traveling by car so we went to the beach and returned around 21:00 hoping that the room will be ready - it was not. Luckily, only 15 minutes more and we got our keys.
Don't expect a lot. It's a student dormitory (fairly new one). One thing that I still need to point out is the mattress. It was the hardest mattress we've ever slept on.
If I knew this before I'd probably book someplace else.
