T2 design proche gare/Intra-M/Sillon, garage privé

Assolutamente consigliato

The property was very clean and in a modern apartment building on the top floor. We were given some coffee pods for free and the decor was very pleasant. The beds were comfy and the shower was nice to use. There was also a lovely balcony for morning coffees and the blackout blinds were a lifesaver!

The host told us that she could not meet us as she had a family dinner. Besides that this feels unprofessional, she did not inform us that she would just give us the details to enter later, so we were not sure we would even be able to get in when we arrived, which was stressful. She also sent me a text beforehand saying that towels were "optional", with no reference to there being a fee, let alone how much it was. We accepted, of course, and the day before we left she tried to charge us 10 euro. There is no reference on the booking.com ad to how much this charge was - it felt like a way to nickle and dime us. The host argued with us on the way out for this fee but could not show us where we were told this information except for the text she sent at the end of the stay. It was stressful and she told us she has never had problem guests like us before. Overall a rude and slightly upsetting experience. Finally, we were given half a roll of toilet paper only on arrival so we had to very quickly by more. Small issue but it was mildly annoying.
