Ruhige Lage (konnte mit offenem Fenster schlafen), problemloses Parken kostenfrei vorm Haus. Matratzen ok.
Recht dunkle Wohnung, die einen gewissen Renovierungsstau aufweist. So besteht die Dusche im Badezimmer aus einer altmodischen Badewanne mit Rundum-Vorhang der Marke Eigenbau - das ist funktional zwar ok, aber dennoch nicht wirklich jener Standard, den ich für den recht hohen Preis (400 $ für eine Nacht) erwarten würde. Der Tisch in der Küche ist recht klein und bietet nur mit Mühen Platz für 5 Personen; die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist eher sparsam. Die Schlafzimmer bieten nur wenig Platz und haben Fenster, die renoviert werden müssten (lassen sich nur schwer öffnen).

Beautiful historic building with that 1900’s feel of a quality build. Nicely appointed with new quality beds, nice furniture, and big screen TV. The flat is in a perfect location 1 block from the historic downtown.

Stairs bathtub but you had 3 older women staying here, we had a blast.

It was cute and the history of the flat intriguing. A new Goonies DVD is needed, the one available is scratched. Having to strip bedding ought not be required, that is what the cleaning fee is for!
The photos were deceptive. The property met our needs, however the bathroom was run down and could use some work for the fee charged. Construction across the street was unfortunate!
