This Destin vacation rental is so close to the emerald shores of the Gulf of Mexico that the sound of the crashing waves permeates each floor of this sparkling clean vacation home. Whether you are making that morning cup of coffee in the renovated kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, watching a movie on the giant flat screen TV in the newly tiled living room or sleeping soundly in one of the roomy bedrooms- the soothing tones of the Gulf will be your constant companion. Not only is Costa del Sol directly on the beach near to restaurants, shops and golf courses but it also has the rare amenity of having three private beachfront decks. Have a cookout on the first deck as the sun sets brilliantly over the aqua waters, get some sunshine on the middle deck while pelicans float by or watch the moonlight dance across the water’s surface from the top deck. The picturesque exterior of Costa del Sol C3 is complemented by a convenient interior. A washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and flat screen TVs in each room combine to make this the most comfortable ‘sand castle’ you’ve ever stayed in.
Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

The location on the beach was absolutely wonderful. The place could use some TLC/updates with furniture and especially beds in 2nd bedroom. The patio furniture needs updated, and the deck needs some attention. But just being able to walk out the back door down to the beach was priceless.

the 2 beds in the second bedroom needs to be replaced, u can't sleep on them, thet make noise when u turn, that will wake u up.
not comfortable at all.
other then that, the place was great, i will go again, but those 2 beds need to go!!

The location of this condo is perfect if you want a quiet area with the ability to walk to several restaurants. The set up of the condo is excellent. You can sit outside at the beach level, dine on the covered deck at the living level or sit on the full-sun deck outside of the bedroom. The condo however was not clean and the couch in the sitting area was stained and so uncomfortable you couldn't sit on it for more than 30 minutes without having to move. The other two little chairs weren't quite as uncomfortable however my husband and I are tall and these seats were not made for small people.
