As you relax with your loved ones on one of the three beachfront balconies, you’ll sea life’s beauty in the sound of the waves mingling with your friends’ genuine laughter. Or perhaps you’ll curl up with a book in one of the beach-themed bedrooms and finally take the time to coast. Additionally, the comforts of the fully stocked kitchen, renovated bathrooms, new plank flooring plus a laundry room are shore to help you really remember how to smile.
Part of the Gulf’s tutelage includes helping you come out of your shell. Why not try a new watersport, a new dish at a beachfront restaurant (several are within walking distance), a round at an award-winning golf course or a style upgrade from one of Destin’s malls? One thing is absolute, you’ll never tire of the advice from the Gulf and you’ll find yourself ready for your next class.
Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We love this unit! We’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely be back. We only wish the bottom room was available too so we could bring another guest with us!

Fantastic Location.Sliding door to patio was difficult to open and close, found a can of WD-40 and sprayed the upper and lower tracks but it helped only marginally. No external keypad lock on the back door so we could not lock it when going to the beach, next door property did have a keypad but not ours.Only other comment is that we had 4 people stay but they only put out 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, with 4 people you need 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, this should be a question asked of tenants on how many to have on the beach for guests with the amount of we paid. Met our neighbors and they said the same.

Had issues with the air conditioner for the first couple days. The house would not cool down, they had to send an AC guy out there to fix it and had to stay in just to wait on him to get there. The couch definitely needs shampooed and the pillows also, had a very funky smell coming from it.
